Official Giveaway Rules

Spirit Airlines $1,000 USD Gift Card Giveaway

1. Eligibility

This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of Puerto Rico and the U.S. Territories), who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Frankie’s Organic Foods Inc. ("Sponsor") and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on April 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM (ET) and ends on October 1, 2025, at 11:59 PM (ET). Entries received after this time will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, visit https://frankiessnacks.com/packyoursnacks and complete the online entry form by submitting your name, birthday, and email address. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Limit one entry per person.

4. Winner Selection

Two (2) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will take place on or about October 10, 2025, and the winners will be notified by email using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Winners may need to provide a valid ID to verify their age.

5. Prize

Each winner will receive a $1,000 USD Spirit Airlines gift card. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit. Additional terms and conditions apply to the gift card as set forth by Spirit Airlines. The winners will be responsible for all taxes, fees, or other charges associated with the prize.

6. Claiming the Prize

Each winner will have 7 days from the date of notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within the allotted time, an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. The prize will be delivered electronically to the winner’s email address.

7. Taxes

The winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. The winners may be required to provide a valid tax ID number or Social Security Number to claim the prize.

8. General Conditions

• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules or engages in fraudulent behavior.
• By accepting the prize, the winners agree to allow Sponsor to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical failures, lost or incomplete entries, or other issues that may prevent entry or prize delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability or claims arising from or related to this Giveaway or the prize.

10. State-Specific Compliance

This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. For residents of certain states, additional legal requirements may apply:

• New York: Requires bonding and registration for prize giveaways exceeding $5,000 in value.
• Florida: Requires registration for prize giveaways exceeding $5,000 in value.

Residents of these states must follow any additional local compliance guidelines.
